Designed print marketing materials for various conferences, workshops, youth camps, and programs for BYU Continuing Education including Education Week, Women's Conference, Independent Study, EFY and more. Responsibilities include designing logos, t-shirts, brochures, catalogs, postcards, posters, email campaigns, and more. Significantly reduced the production and turnaround time for all Independent Study catalogs and brochures by learning how to import XML database information into InDesign. This reduced the formatting process from a week-long effort into less than an hour.

Managed email marketing with a list 250,000+ unique addresses and 30+ programs/categories. Saw multiple selections more than double in the first month managing the list; customer ratings tripled in the 4–5 star rating segment.
