Stem School

2023-10-13 — Four of us completed the route in about 2.5 hours. Appropriately named, we ended up bypassing R2 by using the LDC downclimb to avoid pools of unknown depth as the ambient temperature was 64 degrees Fahrenheit. All anchors were in decent shape.

What to Expect
  • This route requires standard technical gear.
  • You can usually expect at least some pools or water with little or no current.
  • Competent and smaller groups (4±) typically complete the route in under three hours
In my opinion, this route was okay but is probably not a destination on its own.
