Notes:
  • There are many opportunities to rig anchors poorly and have difficulty pulling your rope
  • Not a canyon with tight, deep, dark narrows but has big rappels, open areas and great views
  • Be sure to rig for enough friction while rappelling, particularly on the last rappel
  • Angel's Landing is a great side trip (extra permit required)
  • DON'T miss the last shuttle back down to the Visitor’s Center
