North Wash—Hog Canyons

The Hog Canyons are a group of four forks in the same area using the same approach and exit trail. The first one is Miss Piggy, followed by Boss Hog, then Swine Flue, and finally Razorback.

  • You can usually expect dry conditions.
  • Competent and smaller groups (4±) typically complete the route in 3–5 hours
  • One or more extraordinary risk factors exist that could complicate the route. Solid technical skills and sound judgment are critical. Not recommended for beginners.
