Nitecore NU25 USB Rechargeable Headlamp
I purchased the Nitecore NU25 rechargeable headlamp in November 2019 from Litesmith. I ordered their version where they remove (but still include) the factory headband and replace it with a reflective shock cord headband. They offer several color choices of reflective shock cord.
This flashlight is very bright and has a ton of modes. It's important to know that this flashlight doesn't have a memory mode, so every time you power it on, it starts in low mode. One of the most important features is the lockout mode where you can prevent it from coming on accidentally.

* To prevent overheating, turbo mode only stays on for 30 seconds before reverting back to the previous mode.
One feature I didn't expect is that the headlamp can use a battery bank's power via USB to run as long as the battery bank has power to give.
The headlamp has a battery level indicator that is accessed from the off position by holding the "R" button from the off position.

It takes approximately two hours to fully charge the battery The indicator light is steady while charging and turns green when fully charged.
