Lash-It

I've purchased Lash-It from various retailers on various dates and used with several products including, tarp continuous ridge line, hammock structural ridgelines, bear bag lines, anchor line and tethers on my kayak. I use it in places where others might prefer paracord. I usually carry four 10-foot lengths in my ditty bag that I can use as extra cordage if needed. All four have loops tied in each end so I can pair them up to have 10, 20, 30, or 40 foot lengths if needed.

Lash-It (also Zing-it) is a Dyneema fiber braided rope made by Samson Rope. It is very lightweight, has very low stretch, and a very long wear life. The 1/16" 1.75mm version has an average strength of 500 lbs/230kg.
