Arch Nemesis

Arch Nemesis

2023-10-13 — Four of us completed the route in about 3.5 hours. We were able to bypass a rap or two to avoid some pools that were still holding water. One bypass was used by walking along the left side to a large slung boulder that dropped us 100+ feet just above a shallow pool. We bypassed R7 into an unknown pool depth using some very creative problem-solving skills climbing out on the right with the help of the R6 anchor.

What to Expect
  • This route requires standard technical gear.
  • You can usually expect at least some pools or water with little or no current.
  • Competent and smaller groups (4±) typically complete the route in 3–5 hours
In my opinion, this route was pretty good and is worth doing again.
