- Fill the pan you’re going to use 2/3 full with water
- Bring the water to a full boil
- After 10 minutes, check to see if the temperature of your thermometer reads 212° F
If your candy thermometer is off, subtract or add the difference to your final cooking temperature.
For example: If your candy thermometer reads 210° F in boiling water, you’ll want to cook the candy to 246° F, not 248° F.

This small lean-to style shed is super-organized, packed full of equipment, and has plenty of room to spare! At only 4'x8', it packs in more equipment than a previous shed we had that was 8'x10'.
